During this Dussehra Sale I got a few items from Flipkart including a mobile phone. But the delivery procedure was a big put off. I had to open and show to the delivery guy what I had purchased, This is a breach of privacy. After having paid for the product, why should I be obligated to show my product to the delivery guy? This was highly embarrassing.
Plus Flipkart has come out with a no return policy, what if the product delivered is not upto standards and the product itself does not fit or suit my order?
These issues are a big put off for any further purchase from flipkart sale or otherwise.
