One of my colleague had purchased a gift voucher number 6000171012269995 for value Rs. 2000 from flipkart and had presented to me. However I could not redeem the same as I had no requirement at that point of time. Now the voucher has expired and Flipkart is refusing to repay or renew the voucher and is unethically digesting the whole amount without providing service. The purchaser of the instrument has also marked the email requesting the same but they are conveniently refusing the claim. This is unethical and fraudulent response from the company causing inconvenience to customer. Request you to please look into this and call for an enquiry.
