I Have ordered iPhone 13(Midnight 256 gb) from #FlipkartBigBillionDays with exchange of my old phone which is OnePlus 6T on dated 22/09/2022 and my delivery date was 26/09/2022 and on same date at 6.30pm i was Received one msg from #Ekartlogistic that your phone is out of delivery and you will be reaciving yóur order today onwards they also gave delivery boy no in same msg and when I was trying to call delivery boy he continues ignored my calls nd same day.
We call #flipkartcustomercare and then they said you will be reaciving your delivery till next morning please wait and then we wait but in next day we did not received any delivery and then we again call #flipkartsupport didn’t gave us a proper solution and ans for this delay they just gave us excuses also I can see item is reached in my nearest hub i also request them to give me the address.
