On May 14, 2023, I placed an order for 31999. The unit was missing copper pipe.
After contacting Flipkart customer service, they advised me to instruct the installer for my Haier to install the pipe at my expense, and they would refund the money.
They charge me 3,000 for the pipe, and Flipkart only agrees to reimburse me for 800 in my Flipkart wallet.
My gripe is that they tried to force me to accept my refund only in a Flipkart wallet. Since I also paid in cash, they would refund my money to the bank account I provided.
The time I was in dire need of money. This is a bad way to conduct business.
