I ordered realme smartphone worth 15028 rupees i was given the date of 1st october for delivery which was already too late around 8 days, my product was not even delivered on 1st october, then i contacted your customer care and the they told me due big billion day sale the order was delayed which is also a senseless excuse because flipkart gave me delivery date from their side.
They should have considered that at the time of checkout so they do not over commit, the executive said that your delivery date is shifted and your order will be delivered by 2oct and today i.e 3rd october my product is still not delivered even though it was out for delivery on 2nd october and i am not given any satisfactory solution i am extremely disappointed and frustrated by flipkart.
