Guys help me as i am a flipkart plus member and holding the flipkart axis bank credit card. My case is od123010581553744000.Please resolve the issue as its been almost 20 days and i m just getting the update from customer care that we will call you in the next 24 hours. I have been promised that we ll get the refund to you on Monday but still the refund the amout is not processed yet. I am being mentally tortured by the team by assuring promises again and again but still issue is unresolved. I have already updated the credit card statement twice or thrice still the case is not seriously taken by your side. I want the strict action or the seller should be banned from the flipkart. I am being a flipkart plus member and the account is related to flipkart axis bank credit card. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible so your customer will not face any problem in the future. Honestly speaking now i have to think 100 times before ordering anything from the flipkart. Just a humble request please look in the matter seriously and provide me tbe refund as soon as possible.
Above is the case but they are not reacting on the same its almost 20 days and my credit card last payment due date is very close but they are not refunding tha mout for my order i e. 9449 i have already uploaded the credit card statements twice or thrice even they are not giving me the transaction details as the bank are asking for the same. Please take strict action on the seller which is Truenet commerce on flipkart…

* Write Flipkart in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Flipkart.
I have order an earphone from the boat company and it is not comfortable with me and I am going to return it and the are not giving the refund back……I know that it is my fault that I had not read the policy but it is not comfortable to me and I don’t want any replacement of the same product
