We bought a product Samsung led TV bearing order number OD104289252926368000 from FLIPKART.
On receipt of the product we found the product to be defective and immediately proceeded with the replacement request.
However as per flipkart procedure they will pick up the damaged product and after that send the new product.
The replacement order was made by us on 3rd November, 2015 and till date no one has come to pick up the damaged product in spite of rigorous reminders to them almost everyday over phone and emails.
Flipkart unreasonably delays the pick up date everyday and have provides no reason for actual delay.
