Ordered Kolkata Orchid Online Zygocactus Red (christmas cactus) plant but merchant Cloud Farming sent Dragon tree cutting with thorns and it even bled me pricked my finger, took it out thinking christmas cactus but it was full of thorns and different type of plant called pitaya dragon tree cutting.
Item is non returnable and i lost money, pick this up IMMEDIATELY or i sue and file complaint in every forum. Lost 120 rupees on this thing. the merchant is cloud farming and this is not first time that merchants taking opportunity of flipkart platform to dupe and send wrong items, items short of quality, or less than promised. This time they sent a thorny cactus dragon tree and immediately pricked finger in it. Ordered zygocactus which is a small tabletop flowering soft type of cactus but got this pitaya plant instead that too withered and dried out. I did not order this, so why costing me so much headache? contacting customer care is impossible though sent an email but those emails never get responded or replied to. The customer care only says that we have resolved ur issue if i call by stating item delivered will be updated like last time, and they mark issue as resolved. I am in advance posting this as complaint cuz i know i lost my money, and i try contact them they will tick off the issue as marked and never revert back. Their emails are also fake most of them, the phone numbers say number does not exist, and they even stated last time we did not get images u sent, though i sent like 7 images 4 times through email. Some organization needs to get flipkart off the indian market scene so they stop duping customers. Immediately take action and take this prickly cactus back and refund my money.
