I ordered the above product from flipkart.com but have received an older version of the same product.
The older version has an antennae gain of 3dbi as opposed to an antennae gain of 5dbi in the newer version…….according to the specifications page my modem should have an antennae gain of 5dbi but the one I have received is only 3dbi which comes in the older product…….link of specification page is given

Despite the seller’s 10 day replacement guarantee and many calls and emails, the folks at flipkat.com are delaying my return request and not providing me with any resolution
I am stuck with a wrong product and no replacement nor refund since 17 days

I have ordered the product which is provided by RAHUL INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES PVT.LTD. KOLKATA-700012 and sold by online retailer FLIPKART.COM
