My 16th of October flight from Guwahati to Tezu (S9201) was cancelled.
The aeroplane basically took off, made it to Dibrugarh, and then the pilot said that he would be returning to Guwahati owing to technical difficulties.
So, all of our plans were jeopardised when we returned to Guwahati.
The airlines claimed they could only handle a refund because they were unable to find the passengers an other flight.
But up to now, there has been no indication of the refund procedure.
Absolute pathetic employees, pathetic communication, and pathetic flying functioning.
I strongly advise against booking a flight on this airline and putting your plans in jeopardy.
