Hi team VIN NUMBER : MAJAXXMRWAGE44823 1st concern number is 800200450 I had send my car on 2/4/2018 to Noida ford(Sector 63, Noida) due to noise coming from its engine. I got my car after 10 days as the company employees were not able to detect the fault till 10 days, after repeatedly calling Mr. Lakshit (team leader) and Mr. vijender I got my car back on 12/4/2018 On 14/4/18 i went to uttrakand for a trip and while coming back on 15/4/18 the car suddenly lost its pick up. After trying for several times, the Car would not pick up at all. We were struck on the road I got off my car and found that there was a leakage. I was lucky to find a mechanic workshop nearby. The Engineer checked and told us that leakage was caused from fuel injector and it was changed by noida ford on 11/4/18. The mechanics of Noida ford service stations didn’t take effort to tightly fit fuel injector. I am highly disappointed and angry on the attitude the guys have at your service station due to which not once but I had to suffer twice on my trip which was just 6 hours drive from my home, and thanks to ford, it took me 12 hours to return. 2nd concern number is 0800202356 On 19/08/2018 Again the vehicle started showing the problem of pick up, it was again sent to Gautam Budh Ford (Noida) for the 3rd time and after 2 days they returned my vehicle with the same assurance that I won’t have any problem again. Meanwhile my car service was due so I did that too. 3rd concern number is 0800204753 On 1/05/2018 there was the same problem in the car with its pick up. I sent my car to Gautam Budh Ford (Noida) for th 4th time and the car is yet pending with them. They are not able to diagnose the problem. Its been 6 days since I have been adjusting without my car, it’s a big issue of inconvenience with me and my family. I don’t understand what’s taking so long
