Dear Sir,
I have purchased new Ford Ecosport 1.5 Diesel Titanium plus model bearing Chassis no.: MAJAXXMRKAJY73651, Engine No.: JY73651 on 04-03-2018 at ₹10,72,669.47 from Prema Ford Patna having registration no.: BR-01DP-6358.
I got my car clutch plate changed in the month of August 2020, and after running the vehicle for a few months the Engine light started glowing, then again, I gave the car to Prema Ford service centre Patna, to check that what is the problem in the car’s engine. But after keeping the vehicle for 15 days in the service centre and replacing the turbo-charger of the vehicle, they returned the vehicle to me, and said everything is fine and you can run the vehicle as before.
When I started driving the vehicle on the road again the engine light again started glowing and after doing several complains about it to the Prema ford service centre as well as Ford India, but I didn’t get any response from anyone of them.
In the month of June 2021, when my car’s engine started making a lot of noise then I moved to another service centre of Ford in Patna i.e., ADVIK Ford and there they showed me that what has been done with my car in Prema Ford service centre, literally who does this, when I trusted the company’s authorised service centre they cheated and broke all my trust and faith in Ford company. The blunder that they did with my vehicle are:
1. Broke the front right-side headlight, and I got to know about this when the service advisor in ADVIK ford showed me that your headlamp is broken. I have attached the photo as well for your reference.
2. The Engine cover was also missing from the car.
3. And there were 10 nut volts which they have not putted in place after being opened from the engine.
And due to this my vehicle on 16-06-2021 stopped suddenly on middle of the road while driving and I have to tow the car to the ADVIK service centre for check-up and till today the vehicle is still in the ADVIK service centre itself. I have attached the images of towing below. Sometimes I fell that the car is more in the service centre than at my home.
Literally I didn’t expect that Prema Ford service centre will do all this type of work against my car, I mean who does this type of activity with a car. And I got to know about all this when I took the car to another service centre, if I have gone to them then I wouldn’t have known all these problems.
So, I would like to request the Ford Company to kindly look into the matter and replace my car as soon as possible with a new one.
