1.They hardly reply and when they do, they dont actually answer your full question
2. They make you shop, confirm the order and then they say its out of stock
3. They are so rude that recently they just told me my pincode is not working . If i dnt reply them before tommorow , they would cancel my order !!!!!
IMAGINE U SPEND more than 10,000 ₹ on their website and they give you such rude responses.
Is it such a big deal that they would cancel my order in 12 hours????

It takes weeks for them to reply nd when it comes to their customers they harasse them by such ultimatims.
Its such a good brand out there but there online people responsible are rude and ignorant !
