Forever New Online store – Received defective & Exchange Issue

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I had ordered Sunglasses on 26 th April with discount 50% off from Forever New online but it was defective and i have contact forever New on the same day and returned the defective item, I asked for the fresh item but Forever New said that the stock is not available and I received a Cash Voucher with validity till August 14 2015, but when i was trying to order on 4th JULY 2015 one sunglasses with 50 % off (as they are running sales online again) with the voucher which i received but when i am entering the code it says the coupon code can only be valid in non sale items which means I will have to pay full price for the item which I purchased at half price.

As when I first ordered on 26 th April it was discounted 50% so I should be allowed to redeem that coupon in 50 % off items or discounted items. As I ordered at first place because it was discounted. The item was defective is not my fault then why I have to be the one who is punished and have to pay the full price.

I Spoke to their customer care and they are saying that it is against their company policy to allow redemption of voucher on discount product and I have to redeem the voucher on products which are full price.

I need to know how I can register an official complaint against Forever New at the consumer court.
