I haven’t received my order yet almost 1 and a half month now…and the site isn’t responding either
Kindly revert money or deliver the product.

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with my recent order from your website. It has been over one and a half months since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive the product.

To make matters worse, I have attempted to contact your customer service multiple times, but I have received no response. The site is also not responding, making it impossible to resolve the issue through normal channels.

Given this significant delay and lack of communication, I request one of the following actions be taken:

  1. Immediate delivery of the product I ordered.

  2. A full refund for the amount I paid, as I no longer wish to wait for the product.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide a prompt resolution.
