I haven’t received my order yet almost 1 and a half month now…and the site isn’t responding either
Kindly revert money or deliver the product.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my order. It has been over one and a half months since the order was placed, and I have yet to receive the product.

Furthermore, I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer support team through your website, but there has been no response. The lack of communication and the prolonged delay in receiving my order is highly disappointing, and I am requesting an immediate resolution to this issue.

As per consumer protection laws and fair business practices, I kindly request the following:

  1. Immediate delivery of my product.

    OR

  2. A full refund of the amount paid for the order if delivery cannot be fulfilled.

Please consider this matter urgent and respond to me at your earliest convenience. I expect a resolution soon. If I do not receive a satisfactory response or solution, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities and may take further steps to retrieve my payment.
