They are cheating by showing the live accounts to the new customers. They are maintaining separate accounts to show to new customers.
Those are all special accounts, maintained by them. They will disconnect those accounts from robot when market is volatile or not good. Max weekly 2 to 3 days only these accounts will be running. So, it will not go into lose.
Please don’t believe the accounts that are showing in the demo. This is pakka planned cheating… otherwise they can’t run their business.
The other cheating ways
1) They will give only the Dubai address in the agreement and the invoices
2) But they given the bangalore address in ftxtradingsoftware.com
3) No one is working and no company in the given address.
4) They will say you have to go to dubai in case any problem in your account since dubai address is mentioned in the agreement and the invoices.
5) Watsup is the only way we can connect them… if any issues they won’t respond.
6) Only one person will be in customer care. No one will pick the phone if that person is on leave or speaking with someone.
7) If one account is went to lose then they will force us to buy gold account. They will use that situation and try to get some more money from us. They will say “there is offer found for you. Please pay another 20000 rupees to get the gold account”.
8) I know that gold account will not run for more than 1 week.
9) They have only one software, but they will say 3 different softwares for currency, another 3 software for gold and another one for crypto currency. But that’s not true.
10) They will say stories depends on the people.
11) They will say they have office in Chennai but will not give the address. They will give some address which we can’t enter into that building without prior permission.
12) They given below as Chennai office
Phase 2, Level B, RMZ Millenia Business Park, MGR Main Rd, Perungudi.
13) I went to the above address but couldn’t find this company there.
14) I checked in internet and couldn’t find this company in that list.
They are well trained people to cheat the innocent people. They wanted to collect the money from us.
I got 2 accounts one was running 30 days. I got the profit average 1.25 USD profit per day. Then, ended with wash out.
There is 8000 rupees stuck in the broker account (Grand FT). I was unable to withdrawn since it was converted to crypto after had the issue with FTX guys. It’s also in their control but they will say it’s broker account we can’t control it. You can’t withdrawn single paisa from that account without their permission. There is no contact number to contact Grand FT(broker account). They given only the email – id . if you send email they won’t respond.
