The following is a brief account of how Mr. Arsat of FTX Trading Software deceived me.

I received a call from Miss Varsha, an executive with the company, about the software sale about 15 to 20 days ago. She informed me of various options for trading software. I was prepared to buy the gold trading software after 20 days.
I thus paid the fees for the free Gold software. The day after I made my payment, Miss Varsha informed me that I must pay an additional $70.00 per quarter in order to run this software. I had never previously been informed of this information. I therefore requested Miss Varsha to refund my money because I don’t want to continue.

Then Mr. Asrat entered the scene, introduced himself as a manager, and promised to pay me Rs. 2000 daily from this Gold Trading Account. Thus, I trust his word. Mr. Asrat called me in the evening and informed me that he has some vouchers available and will provide me with the premium Gold software in exchange for an additional 44000/-. So I questioned him about the distinction between free and paid software. So they assured me that if I purchase the premium software, I will receive Rs 5000 per day. So, once more, I paid an additional 44000/- based on his word.

My trading began later that evening, and the following morning, when I checked, there had been a loss of $300 on the opening day of trading.
So I called Mr. Asrat and informed him that I believed you and your company had duped me and that all of your commitments were false. I told him I was willing to accept the loss but asked for a refund of the roughly Rs. 85,000 I had paid for the software. Mr. Asrat started avoiding my calls after that conversation. I must have called him at least 50 times, but he never picked up the phone or called me back in a professional manner.

  1. I am sure that the Asrat is the fake name. Earlier this guys name was “Peter”. They will keep on changing their names based on their need.

Guys, One more thing…. if they are showing the live account then please ask them to show the 1 year or 2 year data. Don’t believe if they show only for 1 month or 2 months.

They will say that this company is running for past 8 years and it’s started running commercial only from past 3 years… like that they will say stories.
Also, they told me that this is multinational company and there are 80 peoples working in two floors in this same building and total we have 250 people working in this company. All these are stories. Please don’t believe these stories.
