I had placed an order online on Fusionfab for the supply of a Prestige Clean Home PSB 10 Plastic Magic Mop (Blue) – 1no. on 24 September 2021. I got confirmation from Fusion fab on my email address. However, so far they have not delivered the product. I have written to the company also but to no response. The contact numbers available on website are 912232011396 / 02232011396 but not going through.
copy of their mail acknowledging the order is attached. The product was to be delivered by 28 -29 October 2021
