This is to raise a serious formal complaint regarding my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Galadari Driving School — both at your Deira City Centre branch and Head Office in Al Quoz. Your services and conduct have been nothing short of misleading, disorganized, and disrespectful.
I initially registered with your school based on information provided by Mr. Mubaris at the Deira City Centre branch. He clearly and confidently explained your packages and verbally assured me that if I ever wished to change driving schools, I could obtain an NOC without any additional payment or complications. Based on this, I paid and registered immediately.
However, after payment, I received a link to your terms and conditions via text. I did not re-read it because I was already told what to expect, and I trusted your representative. It’s now clear that I was manipulated and misinformed just to secure payment.
Since then, I’ve dealt with the following:
A constantly crashing app which made attending online classes nearly impossible.
Zero support from Mubaris or your hotline. No replies, long hold times, and complete lack of follow-up.
My file expired on June 24th due to all this disorganization and lack of proper assistance.
I was sent four times to your Head Office on weekdays, and once on a Saturday, all within your official hours — only to be told that the cancellation department was closed early, or that Ajay in Room 07 is either on a break or missing.
On Saturday, I was finally able to speak to Ajay, and he rudely yelled at me in public, humiliating me in front of others. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Mr. Shakeem, thankfully, intervened and gave me a token for cancellation.
Then I was shocked to hear that I must pay the entire course fee just to obtain my NOC. This condition was never disclosed during registration. In fact, I was told the opposite. This is blatant misrepresentation.
Your Customer Satisfaction staff were disrespectful and inattentive — she was texting on WhatsApp while I was explaining my issue.
