I am really disappointed by the rude and aggressive behaviour of Sakina Muhammad who is my instructor. She has been finishing my classes 15 – 20 mins early. In one class she was 15 mins late and finished the class 10 mins before time, promised me that she would cover the missed time in next class which was today but instead of making up for the missed time during last class she finished the lesson 10 mins early. When I asked her why she became very rude and aggressive with me, said all instructors finish 10 mins early. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude, I was shocked! She would regularly use her mobile making personal calls while giving lessons.
I have made an official complaint about her today at Galadari Head Office and I am waiting for a positive response from Galadari management.
MANAA CHOUCHENE is the best trainer, I think not even in Galadari. He is very professional, patient, serious trainers. I have never seen him receiving any call or even texting to someone. He never asks any personal questions, he is focused on training 100℅. I have tried once with him, then I just loved his way of teaching. He never judged for mistakes. Instead of that he stops car then draw on paper explain very clearly or explain very nice. And then the mistakes never happened. I saw how I was improving after taking his classes and passed my RTA without any mistake. Highly recommend him. Before that I had changed many trainers due to their actions and teaching way. Once I took Mr. Manaa’s class then I just loved his classes and never changed to another instructor.
