Sent courier on 27th September to Business contact in Bahrain. They delivered wrong consignment (one meant for Cambodia) to my contact. This has impacted by business dealng. Several follow up to get back the consignment and refund of Rs 1,750/- paid for courier and pick up charges are not responded properly either by the Bangalore team or the Hyderabad customer care team. Bangalore team has raised their hands and said I need to contact Hyderabad. Shipment was sent from Bangalore. The Hyderabad team keeps repeating it will be resolved and refund provided in 2 days. All documents and details have been provided to them. For past 45 days since first complaint raised on 5th November no resolution
