I ordered 32 inch LED TV in Flipkart. They arranged parcel serve in Gati courier. But that local delivery boy refused to deliver the product to my door step. Ask me to come and collect from his nearest place which is 60km far from my home. Placed an complaint against him in their courier service customer care. But the problem is not solved and they also have wrong commitment about delivery. Scheduled delivery date was 16 August 2017. But again and again they extend delivery date. Now the new committed date is 21 August 2017. But that local delivery boy is not ready to deliver on that day also. I wish to take proper legal action against the Gati service and looking for the compensation for the delay in delivery.
