I had sent a parcel through Gati Kwe , docket No.416827647 from goa to mumbai. After delaying my parcel for 2 days at Gati Bhandup/Mumbai office my receiver had to go personally to collect the parcel. Not finding any thing fishy the receiver collected the parcel. On opening the parcel at home, it was seen that the parcel was in a total mess and items just dumped in. On checking the list of materials received it was found that 4 nos of expensive dress materials worth Rs.18000/- was robbed from my parcel. I called up Gati and even sent them so many mails nut they wont reply. It appears that such thets are a regular affair at gati. Gati just ignores these thefts and cheats the customers. I demand that my loss be nade up to me.
