I spent 1,198 on two dresses I ordered from Ketch.
From today, the customer service has stopped functioning and they are not delivering the merchandise.
The IVR prompts you to choose 1 or 2 when you contact CC.
It states it hasn’t received a response for both selections and won’t let you proceed.
On my orders page, the Cancel button is nowhere to be seen.
says, “Delivery exception,” and I haven’t gotten the order, a call, or any mail since then.
scammers.
Shame on you as well, bunch of cheap engineers who encourage such scammers.
