Recently I placed an order from getketch for 5+ items, due to the fit issue, I couldn’t keep some of the items and returned those. Now they have rejected the refund stating I have sent different brand products. I am asking them to send me the pictures which you have received or return those to me but I am not getting any response.
I am doing online shopping for 10+ years and this is the first time I ordered from their official website and they have scammed me like anything! and now I can read similar tweets where they have scammed others as well. How is this possible that everybody is sending them different products? It was picked up by shadowfax, either shadowfax is running a big scam or getketch. but It’s not the first time shadowfax has picked up something from my place, they pick up lots of my items but never faced this issue. Certainly getketch is scamming people. How can I get my money back from them?
