Items not delivered as per advertised condition. I ordered chocolates, which were delivered to me in melted lumps condition. Attached image shows the delivered item. They were advertised as ‘formula 1 car chocolates’.

Refund was committed to me by them on email dated 12 August 2016 but no money returned so far in spite of emails and telecons subsequently. Emails and telephone calls are now not being answered.
