On 21st April I ordered a Reebok shoe from ‘Go buykart’ online shopping site for Rs 2309 & my order no is 102. Today even after 13 days the status their website is showing is ‘PROCESSING’ – Go buykart has neither dispatched the product, nor they have refunded my money yet. I have written several email to them, but they never responded to my mails. They even don’t have mentioned their telephone number on their web page.

I would also like to inform you that I have used ‘Payu biz’ gateway for the payment. When I contacted PayU biz regarding this issue, they told me that the payment has been successfully credited into the account of Go buykart and the transaction id is 570676714.

Please look into the matter and oblige.
