We met Go Life Vacation employees who were promoting Loyal Tree Holidays when we traveled to Lonavala for a two-day vacation on April 26, 2023.
They requested INR 1,80,000 and INR 9,500 as a yearly maintenance charge after we spoke for about three hours about the holiday packages they were offering for *ten years, eight nights, and seven days.
We kept telling them that we had no interest in purchasing any vacation packages from them.
They persisted in pressuring us to purchase their packages and test out their services; if we were unhappy, we could cancel our package right away.
They requested our debit cards since we refused to purchase their packages. so that we can purchase their packages for just Re 1 and cancel them at any time within 45 days if we so choose.
They requested, without our knowledge, a loan of Rs. 15,000 from my account and Rs. 25,000 from my husband’s account from our bank. They only requested that we enter our pins in order to verify the limits that our bank has set for us.
We looked up Go Life after we got back to our hotel room and discovered that it is a fraudulent company.
I called and messaged Go Life to request a refund after seeing these details, but they declined to process the payment.
Again I called them, but there is no proper response or they again and again declining to make the refund.
