Hello, I submitted my car to a mechanic shop to have the AC fixed.
I followed GoMech’s advice and had the service completed, for which they billed me INR 7000.
My car’s air conditioning quit working after only two days, and they are now requesting that I replace the compressor and condenser.
These men are completely unqualified to manage the situation.
Neither do they exhibit kindness.
They have kept my car for two days and are now requesting an extension for a basic Aircon issue.
These people are a complete waste of time and resources.
In terms of quality and attitude, customer care personnel provide third-class service.
Sending your automobile to authorised establishments is preferable because they at least accept responsibility and fix issues right away.
Because of their bad service, I wasted three full days.
