I am highly dissatisfied with the services and the response shared by service buddy gulam. i have given the car for service under comprehensive service and asked the mechanic to check if there are any other problems in the car. mechanic shared me the estimate which i thought i will choose to work on those things later and i choose only comprehensive service. after car has been delivered to me, i experienced the problem that the car is jumping so much which was not happening previously before i have shared it with gomechanic. on asking it with service buddy.
He was telling me that he has already given the estimate under which shockers were damaged. i agree to the estimate but on asking him the reason of this changed user experience where i was not experiencing this jumping before which was not there earlier he dont have any answer apart from telling me that we have already given the estimate where shockers are damaged. this was real funny answer from his side given to me again and again whenever i was asking him about it. i am highly dissatisfied with how he handled my queries.
When i told him that on he can loose a client just because of the conversation which he had he told me very shamelessly that its your choice. from the customer perspective I felt that during inspection of my car, something wrong has been done to the shockers by the service providers assigned by gomechanic. Car was very less driven. i also feel that there is a possibility of car parts change as mine is Chevrolet and the parts do not come handy. really very bad service done by gomechanic and very bad behavior of service buddy.

Hi Team Gomechanic,
Wrt my periodical car service for my vehicle ka04mn2972 , I’m totally upset with the approach assigned from the service buddy Hemant kumar.
He is least bothered to connect and address the customer’s problem, rather expressing the feelings about his assigned work loads. He is least bothered to drive’ to solve any issues related to vehicles nor to attend the customers issues’.
He never initiated to call the customer nor followed up post assigning the service.
However, never expect such approach from Gomechanic team.
