This is to inform you that I have cancelled my room booking( ID- GRG011824188284) on 21/01/24, but still you not refund my advance deposited money Rs.500/-. I called on this no -7070007682 on 21st January, they told me that it will take 7days to refund my money. I called on again on 28th January. That time they told me that it will take 2 days more. Again I called them on 30th January. That time they told me it will take 4 days more, but still money not refunded. Why are they lying to me? Now they are cutting my call/ not receiving my calls. I have shared my QR code and bank details to this No- 8902909007/ 8052722777 for refund. This is not fair. If you do not refund my money within two days , then I will submit all this documents to consumers forum and customer service portal and I mean it.
