I made a hotel reservation on Booking.com at Hotel Shree Siya Raman Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. After the reservation, the hotel contacted me to pay Rs. 1000 to hold the reservation and the amount is refundable if the booking is cancelled 1 day before check in. I cancelled 3 days ago, I am supposed to get a full refund of Rs. 1000. Now, the hotel is not responding to me, not picking up my calls. Goroomgo scammed me, not providing me a refund despite calling them multiple times. One time they picked up my call and gave me assurance that it takes 7 days for a refund, now it’s more than 15 days.
Goroomgo people are scamsters.
