Grand Amanta Hotels And Resorts
A Grand Amanta representative called and informed us that we would receive a free trip and movie tickets in exchange for the car we just bought. When we arrived at the hotel, sales representatives Naveen and Nikita welcomed us and made a number of promises, including
-Free family trip to Corbett (was promised 2 rooms for a 3 day trip, but was only given 1 room) -Free flight to any Indian vacation spot.
-reservations at five-star hotels like the Radisson, Lemon Tree, and Meridian Hyatt. also showed us pictures. Later offered third-class hotel options that were significantly less impressive than what they had promised.
-make reservations within 24 to 48 hours, but don’t return emails.
Later, the company reneged on all of these commitments, and despite repeated calls, it still doesn’t reply to emails for hotel reservations. Completely fraudulent business.
