They called us at a Hyatt hotel in Chandigarh and told us we had three free nights and movie passes.
Then, the situation changed as the Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team] duped us and numerous other visitors. They provided us with the following promises, all of which turned out to be fraud, for the price of Rs. 1 lakh forty thousand:
– They claimed to have a partnership with Redison Blue and Vivanta from Novtel (I confirmed this with the hotels, but they denied it).
They promised a full refund if you’re unhappy with the services, but they initially failed to make any reservations for us, and when we complained, they refused to issue a refund.
– They confirmed via email that I could book anywhere with 48 hours to 7 days’ notice, but when I tried to book, they said they required 60 days’ notice for international travel and 15 to 30 days’ notice for domestic travel.
When I attempted to contact their FRAUD Sales Team, they ignored my calls and also stated that they disagreed with the promises that their Sales Team made to us.
They have ignored my repeated requests for assistance with my bookings, mob app login, and other problems.
