I am my husband had visited on Sunday to Thane office where we were attended by Gourav Jinwal and Saylee Kadam. They explained me the holiday package of 190000 which after deductions of taxes was bought upto 160000. After explaining we said that we cannot take decision now, onto it Gourav said that its a table deal if you leave now will not be providing the same deal. Since we were not convinced he added some extra facilities like candle light dinner 2 movie tickets etc etc. Before signing the document my husband was going through the document mean while on of executive was trying to divert my attention by asking questions related to my husband’s office timings and all. Intention was not allowing him to read the entire agreement and also said that it can be read at home. Before singing one more time we confirmed with Gourav that no more taxes would be applicable on the package? he agreed and said that the taxes are already reduced and package is given to you. So we agreed to pay 85000 using credit card of CITI bank. On Monday 24th Dec 2018 I called CITI bank and asked for the EMI of 36 months where they said that for 36 monnths you will be charged with PROCESSING FEES :2125 INTREST AMOUNT:36760 and 18% GST : 7000 which now goes upto 130885. Fake commitments were given related to taxes. I asked for cancellation of membership then they replied that it cannot be cancelled. Please help as we have not even availed any services of them. Also the gift vouchers given by them were the expired one which was having expiry date as 31 JULY 2018. Please help as we don’t want to spend more on it as we have already been into trap like other customers. Also we don’t want to continue with the membership. We want the amount to re reverted.
