Vivek Singh and Grand Tourio has taken 65000 rs from us for 3 yrs ( 6night 7 days)plus 1 week free membership including domestic and international trip. They told us on taking membership we will get 2 nights 3 days vacation and a microwave / air fryer of kenwood free in one week. Additional inclusions were Airport lounge access, 1 international trip, Event passes, Free gym membership, discount on every flight ticket bookings, 1 Candle light dinner every year, 2 movie tickets every month. Upon multiple chasers they sent me acknowledgement email which did not include all the package details assured to us. Upon questioning and multiple visits Vivek Singh said they have sent corrected email with all package details which we never received till date. On further visits, Vivek Singh failed to show us email they sent and kept us waiting for 2 3 hours. On the next visit he said they withdrew lounge access and no international trip. Upon questioning him about the correct email he said they sent with all package details he failed to give us any explanation.
We told him if they are withdrawing facilities we will withdraw our membership and we still Did not receive any welcome kit of air fryer which they initially said we will get in a week. He asked us to make a cancellation request for membership which we did 2 weeks back and Vivek Singh gave us written confirmation stating we shall receive cancellation confirmation next day but still no one has responded.
Multiple chasers have been sent to Vivek Singh and Sanjay Makhwana from customer servie but no one replies. I need my money back as Grand Tourio has given fake assurances and is withdrawing facilities which were assured to us.
