I have taken a wi fi Broadband service from service provider GTPL in the month of April 2020 and the Plan chosen by me is 40MBPS Unlimited.I paid 2590INR amount through IMPS to GTPL,I have also Receipt,But after installation the broadband is not working properly.In a week atleast it is not working for 3 days,I never got even 32 MBPS speed,As per my plan speed is 40 MBPS,From Last 3 month,I raised complaint manytimes,But I cannot get proper solution,So i want refund money from GTPL,I have all complaint number and records.
