I am resident of ahmedabad, we have been paying gtpl broadband for annual subscription of internet service, which has been hampered since 18th may 2021. Inspite of multiple complains and repeated calls to mr Priyank handling this area we reside in we have not been reciprocated by the concerned person. Their customer care support isnt functional, once the complain was lodged, without any repair or my internet getting functional again they have changed their complain status to “resolved”. We have faced multiple losses because of the above sited complain.
