airline ticket with PNR SFLEFQ that was purchased on November 29, 22, through the website “Happyfares.in” for the Kolkata to Ahmadabad sector. The departure date was March 15th, 23. The airline canceled the ticket on March 12 and gave a refund credit note to Happy Fares, a third-party company, on March 12 itself. I also got a message from “happyfares.in” saying that “Refund Confirmation for my Booking Reference Number – HBB8F59B has been processed on April 20, 2019.” However, the money has still not been credited to my account as of yet.
