Customer care executive are rude and cancel the ongoing calls sometimes. 3. Field engineers / technical staff, Mr. Dinesh(Ph#9717536486)/ Chandan(Ph#9582893540) is untrained . 4. Area Head Mr. Satish (Ph# 9582269382) and Accounts department officer Mr. Anil (Ph# 9582269233) give false guarantees of good connection. the most pathetic network .. every day its disconnecting .. from now on i will abuse hathway company on public domain sites.. u people cheat the customers .. still disconnected in the morning of 27.08.2013
