I am a subscriber of Hathway Broadband connection. Due to covid and work from home by my organisation I came to my hometown and suspended the broadband connection in July 2020. I’m no longer residing at my current location and not sure when I’ll return to the city. Since then I’m getting messages and calls on a daily basis to recharge my account. I’ve told them multiple times to stop calling me. They say I’ll have to pay some charges to put my connection on hold. This is totally absurd .
Its been almost a year of non stop calls and messages from hathway team. I even asked them to terminate my connection but they don’t do that also.
This is such a mental harassment by Hathway. I don’t know how to make them stop calling me. Please help me.
