I ordered a Bose Headphone from the site. Post much pursuance, on 04 February 2022, I received a parcel by
Courier of BLUEDART C/Code 986123. Where as the initial tracking ID was different as quoted in previous email from merchant.
The product ordered by me has not been received by me till date. Instead what I have received from you is a fraudulent Bose product. Photographs of merchandise received from the merchant were shared with merchant. It was clear from the Examination of items received in the courier that this was not a genuine Bose product. The quality of the item is absolutely poor. The barcode on product cover belongs to KFC & not to any Bose product whatsoever.
It therefore requested the merchant to immediately refund the payment made by me for the product, back to the SBI Credit Card. However no Anton has been taken by the merchant till date.
