Sir,
I have ordered JBL Boombox from home shop 18 on 31st of October 2021.And I made my online payment of ₹7999 On the same date. But within the limit of 20 days my product still not arrived.I have sent many emails to the company’s email address. But they haven’t contact me once. It seems they have no interest in constomers problem as I already paid the said amount in advance. I want my money back or the product. Please do the needful
