I saw Bose headphones advertisement on Google Chrome Homestore 18 costing Rs 5999. I received a call from a person named Neeraj ( Homestore customer service member) . He told me to use NEERAJ 249 code to avail extra Rs 249 discount. So I placed the order costing Rs 5750. I received a mail from Homestore 18 about the delivery and order id as 2413.
I have not received the order yet. Homestore 18 site has also crashed . I am trying to reach out to them but nobody is picking up the call. Kindly look into this issue.
