I had ordered a JBL boom box from Homestore 18 after making a call (+919711590860) to the company and verifying the authenticity, however after placing the order I haven’t received the product within the specified time limit and there is no response to multiple calls, emails and messages, need help urgently with a full refund. Never expected the company would come out to be a fraud even after verifying and speaking with the sales department
