I had recently bought an Bose headphones from the homestore18 site. The site showed that these headphones were at an 80% discount so i had taken the opportunity to buy it. I had received the package at 05-02-22, I was so angry to find out that the product given to me is fake. I had spent 6000 rupees for an headphones and can not even receive quarter of the experience mentioned. This site is a scam. I tried to go back to the website but for some reason its not working. Moreover the bluetooth function mentioned in the headphones does not work. If they were going to give a bootleg at least it could have been better. So I would like to get a refund and would be happy to return the headphones, which is unused. Thank you. .. . …………………………. ………………………

I had also ordered recently based on the advertisement headphone QC35 II from Home store 18. one more person to be taken for a ride. The items ordered by me not, many items missing – invoice # blank though dispatched through Bluedart couriers. Many items missing, no warranty card, owners guide, back-up auxiliary cable not received, not working as the power on button etc are all not as per the set-up instructions in youtube. The headphone does not connect to smart phone though I have downloaded the Bose App. My phone does not recognize the headphone at all.
Sent a complaint to the e-mail ID given. The phone number given by them is wrong and does not connect.
