ordered Bose QC35 II Wireless Bluetooth Over the Ear Headphone with Mic .from Homestore18

I received the parcel on 3rd March, 2022.

I spoke to their call center executive yesterday, with regards to the return of the product as
(1) It is defective,
(2) it is not a fresh and original piece. It is some copy of the original bose

All efforts now to reach the website are in vein. Is there anyone collectively a legal complaint can be filed.

    Hi, please contact the gurgaon cyber crime police station for the same. Even I did the same. I even went to theri office to get this sorted. But they have bouncers which will scare you.

    I recently bought the bose headphones it is fake product and when I spoke to the lady named Anita she said she would refund the money but so far didn’t happen.

    For the first time in my life, I experienced Online Shopping Fraud. Homestore.in is the Fraud company.
    I ordered the pair of Bose QC35 II Wireless Bluetooth Over the Ear Headphone with Mic.
    The Return Address on the package is:
    HOME 18 HOMESTORE 18 N – 14/13 DLF PHASE 2 GURGAON 122002 HARYANA
    The Headphones received are a VERY CHEAP copy of the Original Product.
    I have sent email to [email protected] and to [email protected]
    Emails are bouncing back
    Have spoken to someone who would not disclose his name on the number 8447740790
    Just got very vague replies.
    Am unable to return the fake product to this online scammer company.

    if I am not wrong this is a fake version of homeshop18 which was closed in 2019. This is page is a photocopy of homeshop18 from every angle. It’s obvious everything will be fake and 2nds here. Even if you take any legal course doesn’t loo like anything will happen.
