I ordered a Bose QCII noise cancellation Headset from HomeStore18 for almost 6k rupees. Instead of the ordered product, I was sent a fake, Chinese blue-tooth headset without noise cancellation! It’s not even worth half the amount.
I sent multiple emails to the company for return and for having received the wrong color of product (ordered silver, received green).
The phone number mentioned in the invoice was incorrect as it led to some charitable hospital. Unable to reach the website either.
