Homestore18 – Non delivery of product .

had ordered a Bose headphone on Homestores18 website in April 2022 and had paid Rs 5999/- in advance. All this time they have not delivered the product and despite many repeated emails (can provide copy of emails) to the company, Homestore18 has been sending excuses and apologies but the product. please guide me and initiate action against the company.
